Sage Intacct Review

We use it for our accounting records. This software has helped us gain a tremendous level of detail and insight into where we are spending too much money and also where we have leftover pockets of money. For example, we found out that we spent over 5K on donuts the past year. That is just absurd!

The church I work at has not used much of this function. The church is not big enough to utilize such a module. One area I would like to see it become automated is dealing with purchase order approvals. It is the wild wild west sometimes and automation woudl add structure and order to that process.

We have not used any of these advanced modules. Since the church is not the mecca of everything Baptist, we use the standard issued software for Intacct. However, we have discussed using Sage People to help with our HR issues. Keeping everything in house would most definitely help with any shortcoming we currently have.

8. It is not perfect, but the difference between Shelby and this is night and day. We are able to have so much more insight on how we spend our funds, as well as keeping track of budgets. The insight we now possess is essentially invaluable to our daily business processes.
