Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is used by our accounting department to maintain the general ledger with efficiency.
- I love that our bank transactions feed directly into Sage Intacct. Sage Intacct auto matches its transactions with the bank's, which allows us to perform reconciliations more efficiently.
- Sage Intacct allows us to edit entries made in the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules more effectively, resulting in fewer adjustments within the modules.
- It's easier to create custom reports within Sage Intacct as opposed to the accounting software I've used in the past.
- Occasionally, Sage Intacct auto matches bank transactions in the Bank Rec module. When this happens, it can be difficult to figure out which transactions have been mismatched.
- I like the new "Receive a Payment" screen in the AR module, but I feel it could be streamlined a bit. Streamlining the way credits are applied to invoices would be helpful.
- I would like to see more customization of Financial Statements.
- Increased efficiency
I am still learning about Intacct's automation processes throughout the various modules.
I have not used the modules mentioned above.

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

In the past, I've used Sage 300 ERP. I prefer Intacct's ease of use and that it's a cloud-based accounting software.
