Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is being used mainly by our accounting and finance dept. We have some management also using it. It takes a lot of the work out of reporting at the end of the month.

Pros

  • Intacct is very user friendly.
  • It allows for statistical data as well as financial.
  • Every year Intacct asks what changes can be made to make the software better.

Cons

  • Report building could be simplified.
  • It would be nice if saved attachments could be used by all our companies and not just the one it was created in.
  • Increased efficiency.

We selected Sage Intacct because it was the best value for what we needed.
Sage Intacct is great for our accounting and finance dept. However, our accounts receivable is with another software that is linked to our electronic medical records.
