Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Sage Intacct is being used mainly by our accounting and finance dept. We have some management also using it. It takes a lot of the work out of reporting at the end of the month.

Pros and Cons

Intacct is very user friendly.
It allows for statistical data as well as financial.
Every year Intacct asks what changes can be made to make the software better.

Report building could be simplified.
It would be nice if saved attachments could be used by all our companies and not just the one it was created in.

The efficiency of the general ledger is great. You don't have to go to different screens. You can obtain all information by clicking on the entry and it will pull the entry for you.

Sage Intacct Extensibility

We have multiple companies that are under our parent company. It is easy to switch companies and also consolidate them.

Sage Intacct Configuration

Sage Intacct was extremely helpful in the implementation process. The training was a breeze. Sage Intacct tailored our reports to what we needed. The availability of Sage Intacct support was amazing.
