I currently use Sage Intacct to enter ALL my company's expenses each month.

If you forget an area, it doesn't let you move forward until fixed. This helps prevent errors.
They pay your vendors in a timely manner. This prevents businesses from not getting paid.
It is very easy to upload invoices. That way there is no question on amounts or the vendor itself.

For me, I have to contact another department to add a vendor. It would be nice if I could just add them myself.
Currently I having trouble logging in from my home computer even know all passwords are correct. I have to call someone to grant me permission to change my password.

I'm sure we have, I'm just not in this specific area.

I have not used any of these modules.

Our accounts payable department was helpful in setting up the process with me. Once up and running. I am on my own and it is easy to use.

It is really easy to use. There are a lot of areas but it still is easy to use.
