Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use it for timesheets & expenses - billing clients and future time management planning, resource planning, etc. Expenses are pretty straight forward. The system makes it really easy, and everyone who needs to access it can, so there's no sending of files & accidental duplications. It helps us stay on top of our spending and our time.
- Timesheets - you can add comments, which is particularly useful when working with government companies.
- Expenses - I can't express how straightforward it makes these for us.
- Timesheets could be more user-friendly - the error messages are really hard to understand, and they seem to be written in code sometimes. That part is kind of weird for new staff & anyone who hasn't encountered it before.
- Unfortunately, I can't speak to this. I'm simply a user and do not know the costs and expenses of this service. However, our company has been using Intacct for years now and we're all happy with how it works for us.

We haven't used any other Sage Intacct products yet, but would be open to doing so.
