Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used for timekeeping and expenses. This is being used by all employees in the company. It helps keep track of hours worked on a project or assignment by the week or by the day. This feature allows accounting to keep track of hours for billing and payroll.

Pros

  • Organization of categories.
  • Error notifications.
  • Password security.

Cons

  • Prompts to password reset often.
  • Some of the verbiage could be more clear.
  • Expenses tab could be more simple.
I am aware that these financial processes exist within the company, however I don't have details or insight on this sector.
Time and expense management has helped the organization by allocating the number of hours worked by each person and condensing it into one area. This way, all the data can be accessed in one place.

Sage Intacct is good for keeping track of schedules and different departments. If there is a larger company that needs to be more organized, I would say that Intacct is a good platform to utilize. Having a tool like this that can be tailored to the company and will definitely help with the day-to-day functions.
