Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage is our primary accounting software for accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, general ledger, and financial reporting. I use Sage to post our payrolls, run reports, audit and balance accounts for financial accuracy. Sage has allowed us to reorganize our Chart of Accounts, align our different companies to the same financial reporting structure and align our financials for better functionality.
- I really like the ease with which you can edit posted journals to make corrections.
- The ease of running reports, combining accounts, locations, departments to gather needed information.
- I like that you can have certain types of journals be hidden from view but still keep the account balances.
- The functionality of certain financial reports can be tricky to use.
- We have been able to streamline our accounts payable process and save time.
- The ease of entering and correcting journals has cut done on the number of journals we have to enter.
We had much of this automated with our prior software, but it was archaic and not web-based. Sage generally has saved us time in processing in all areas and has given us the ability to streamline our intracompany financials.
Having our multiple companies set up with the same accounting structure, same GL string format, and account numbers has helped in our overall organization.
