Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I use Intacct daily for all invoices and employee vouchers

Pros

  • I love how easy it is to add a new vendor
  • We use it with jump stock and it rolls those PO into Intacct to seamlessly pay invoices
  • Keeps a detailed list of previously paid invoices

Cons

  • I wish it was easier to ask for help, no customer service direct line
  • I wish you could edit all aspects of each line after a check run
  • It would be nice if all additional pages would print for a check run without having to search each check for multiple pages

haven't used any other ones
I was doing a check run and printed to my printer before the checks [were] printed and it ruined my whole check run even though I hadn't completed the check run procedure and had to void 30 checks. Intacct is very easy to add new vendors and no need to verify addresses before sending.
