Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use it to maintain our general ledger and other accounting functions.

Pros

  • Dashboards.

  • Time saving on report running.
  • Time saving on allocations.
  • Longer time to update reports used in reporting groups.
We have not used any of the automation features yet but are planning to investigate them soon.

We had an OK implementation. We originally had some data integrity issues with old legacy data not being brought over correctly. It has improved but was a pain point initially. We had an outside vendor manage the rollout with the help of our internal staffing.

I like Sage much more than the other products I have used in the past. Its usability is much easier and modern. Getting data out.
For entering and extracting GL data. Needs room for improvement on integrating with other programs.
