Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct provides our trusted source of data for company decisions. We effectively manage invoicing, AP, AR, credit card reconciliation, cash management, integration with other tools, and cash management. Project billing is very easy and keeps us on track.
- Easy to import outside data
- Easy to use
- Always improving processes and offerings
- Looking forward for technology
- Credit card charge off process is tedious
- Visibility to drill into customer to see open invoices
- Hard to find where to void a receipt or payment because it depends on how it was processed
- Decreased workload for staff
