- system is user friendly
- support is great if you are doing online.
- Community help is also available.
- in AP they could show where the checks are cashed so you dont have to go look for it
- spelling issues in VENDORS be able to change a name if necessary
- Vendors - if one is inactive, and now is going active would like the system to at least acknowledge that is a duplicate if you are trying to add a new vendor.
- AP-Be able to warn about duplicate payments or possibly a duplicate payment
- just starting using budget module, has made life much easier for us
- everything goes fairly smooth in this system
- our audits are great
we use the project module it has help organize our grants, made it much easier to run reports for others.
we just started using expenses module. It was more of an adjustment. When you put in expenses I liked that each line had a memo that you could add and in this module it doesn't have that, it only has one spot to put everything and if you have alot of expenses it just a little harder. The approval process and nice and its very easy.

We used QB before Sage/Intacct- Quite a difference. Just a lot more specialized components in Sage/Intacct.
