Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage not only helps us manage our timekeeping and billing to our clients. We have recommended Sage several times to our clients - We do their payroll, taxes, financial planning, accounting, etc. So far, the ones that have onboarded Sage have been very happy. It is very easy to use; it is easy to train new hires on how to use it effectively. Our employees have to bill for many different projects, and the ability to template a week and apply it to another week has increased our on-time timesheet submittal.

Sage has increased project visibility because most projects are worked on by several teams at once - Payroll, AP, AR, Acct, etc. Sage allows the teams to see what the other is doing and works as a kind of project management tool. It increases efficiency and visibility, which has increased timeliness.
We do not use this in our company. We do have international clients. However, we do not use Sage for those clients.

I would say that there have been very few issues, glitches, or times that Sage is difficult to use, unlike the previous systems I have used. I would say it is more reliable.
