Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I handle all the customers' financial information on Intacct. All of the AR and AP goes through Intacct. We have some different channels for payments as well, but all of them are integrated to Intacct so that Intacct is able to capture every single $ sent or received. All of the contracts are edited on here as well which includes the billing and revenue schedules. It is integrated with the bank as well so all the reconciliation takes place on Intacct as well.
- Manage contracts
- Allocating costs
- Customer statements
- Dashboard, our dashboard has been showing wrong numbers for quite some time now and still has not been fixed. A case is opened.
- We shifted from Zoho, and there was a clear difference of how strong Intacct is compared to what we had on Zoho. Apart from some odd problems that arise from time to time, Intacct gets the job done.
Within the categories mentioned in the question, we have about 8 different platforms that integrate with Intacct. The automation seems to be working nicely. Although we also us Salesforce and we are able to send information from Salesforce to Intacct smoothly but when any kind of info is sent from Intacct to SF, there's almost always a problem with integration.
We do use revenue recognition very often. It has benefited us quite a lot since we are a SaaS company and our service is delivered long period. Revenue recognition from Intacct helps us a lot in allocating the revenue properly and evenly
