Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
all accounting for 2 companies and 200 locations or entities, AP AR and General ledger
- duplicate feature
- correcting errors in entries
- reporting filters
- bill us for everything extra, feel nickel and dimed for our small non profit
- set up was extremely complicated
- lots of features they just say no we can't that
- can correct some things in an entry but not others, example we created a class code that can't be adjusted after the fact for restricted and not restricted deposits
- time to implement was outrageous
- suggested consultant did not have non profit experience
- will save time eventually
not sure how to automate
trying to get fund management fees working for the past 5 months and it is still not set up, need to get dynamic allocations set up to rebalance our pool of funds currently we have to do this in excel and it is very time consuming
