Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is a very good accounting solution package used in our Organization for
accounting services to our Client's business. The application is very easy to
use and helps in fixing financial transactions

- Reclassification of financial transaction through GJ to make the financials correct as per the Client Business requirement to achieve the financial objective for maintaining the Books.
- Sage Intacct has Multiple reports which can be pull out at Ledger and Sub-ledger level to do all the financial analysis.
- The Sage Intacct has an option to apply the payment or vendor credit manually when the integration of data is not flown properly from other applications.
- The “invoice date”, “GL Posting date” and “Payment date” is freeze, once the transaction is closed with the "Paid" Status which is virtuous with the aspect of to have a control but sometimes it will impact the financial review on the adverse sideways as well. The edit option given to the top-level users would help a lot to get them fixed whenever it is required.
- The Dashboard features are not available for the basic plan which would help to get more benefits if included for all plans.
- The audit log is not having the complete information sometimes which is very difficult to have a track if the user has left the organization.
- Sage Intact has frolicked a dynamic role in over business financial aims for the Client success by providing the accurate financial solutions end to end on time without any blunders.
- Sage Intacct is a very User-friendly application to all the business levels.
- Sage Intacct has a very cost-effective utilization with different budgeted package as per the business requirement.
The financial Process automation has really changed a lot in
saving hours of work to minutes and managing the Clients which has more
transactions and increases the Client satisfaction NPS (Net Promoter Score) and
benefits both Clients as well as the firm that provides the Accounting Services
to them. Automation improves the quality of the services provided to the
Clients and increases the firm’s credibility in the marketplace which brings
more business as a reward.

In my current organization or firm, we are using the
multi-entity & global consolidations module which has a very decent result
for accounting services. The Clients are pleased when they have multiple
entities and they can get their finances Published in a consolidated way to
showcase their performance to the investors and this will really play a
key role in having the well-maintained "Benevolence" of the business
position.

The BILL application is used by our organization from all
the department AP, AR & GL to code the Bills or Invoices and integrated
with Sage Intacct through a regular sync and Intacct supports very excellently
to record the financial transactions and keep the Client books more accurately,
in the Sage Intacct Clean books which is a primary requirement from the Client
to have a good record of each and every financial transaction to take the
future business decisions.
