I am using Sage Intacct for Accounting & Financial reporting purpose. Its a great software which has all the right tools which are useful in our daily recording of data & there are multiple ways by which we can keep a track of our revenue. Invoicing activity also becomes very easy due to the easy bulk upload process & invoices can be shared just from a few clicks. Also the ease at which we can implement multi currency & multi entity models are very useful.

In our organization we have setup the automatic invoice generation process for recurring revenues & and Deferred revenue model has also been set up for few businesses from where we can easily track the revenue waterfall for each customer. Invoice sharing has also been automated in few cases which proves to be very helpful.

Most of the businesses has different streams of revenue or they have subsidiaries under them, having different entities for each of these revenue sources really helps in keeping a track of there individual as well as consolidated reports. Sage Intacct allows you to use a different set of items or template for the Invoices which can be very useful in case of acquisitions.
