Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We have three business users and dozens of regular users who use or will use Sage Intacct daily. Sage Intacct gives us access to quicker, more reliable data because it integrates with our other items and is user-friendly. We are looking forward to continuing to unlock more of the power that Sage Intacct can bring to our business.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Helpful integrations
  • Excellent customer service

Cons

  • Complex
  • Moving from our old system was laborious
  • There is a learning curve required for full use
  • Closing our books out a month faster
  • Our credit card process takes 15 less hours per month
  • Our users are no longer complaining about data lag time
We are benefitting from bank feeds and API with our credit card solution.
We have 5 entities and the integration between them within Sage Intacct has been very nice.
We had a 3rd party help us with integration and it took months.
We liked their integrations better with the other programs we use.

Sage Intacct gives us a modern accounting system in which we can accomplish the things that we want to accomplish. We look forward to the future instead of constantly trying to finish up tasks from the past. Our users appreciate the value that it brings to their departments and teams. It is a cutting edge system.
