Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use as an Finance software to track the premium and claims day to day. All the invoices are raised in the software and then we could track and do our reporting. Also use to feed the data into our P&L and measure different KPI.. Build custom reports as required

Pros

  • Initially few things are difficult to locate especially in read only mode
  • UI could be better
  • Could have few Icons on home page

Yes we use Sage Intacct extensively and all our teams are using Sage including mentioned above. It is quicker and easy to use once you have started using, you can get all the details at one place and the search option is quite user friendly as if you have to search any keyword lots of suggestion comes up.
We have a multi entity organization which you can change from above on which entity you are working and then it focuses on that particular entity and create reports for that. Also if you want a top level view that also you can get by selecting from top. You just need to select the account number and it get all the report from general ledger
We had a person assigned for our team to guide us in transitioning from sage ERP to intact. It really helped us also Sage Intact has a library of its own where you can see videos and notes for your own query related and learn from that, so that made it easy in transition.
Sage is intact online and quite dynamic as compared to ERP version. Also Sage Intact you could do alot as it is user friendly and flexible. You can make lots of custom reports and you can get the information based on the entity level. Also posting journal has also become easy once you create a template.

I like because it could create reports as your personal need,which makes our reporting simpler. it could be more user friendly by having more icons, sometimes it is difficult to go back and jump again from the start.,Have all the Data at one place. ALl the finance solution at one place
