Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is the source of truth for our company. We use it as accounting software with integration from our ERP system, BuildOps. Bank accounts, Account Payable payments, and financials are processed in Sage Intacct. Accounts Receivable invoices and payments are imported form BuildOps and payroll from ADP.

  • Sage Intacct operations are learned quickly by new hires, reducing training time.
  • Reconciliations are clear and easy to complete, saving valuable month-end closing time.
Having full faith in the financial reporting feature makes my job so much easier. Accounts Payable controls are so helpful, reducing risk and worry about duplicated entries and clear financial planning.
I don't think configurations would be easy for most people without proper training. We were able to use a third party to help with configurations, making that step easier for our company.

The software is predictable and stable. Once you understand the nuances of they system, it is easy to maneuver. With proper setups, bank reconciliation is a breeze.
