Intacct helps us to post bulk entries at once and with ease. It let us look into real time financials position of a business. Integration with different portals is smooth with Intacct. Working on multiple currency and generating consolidated financial report is most beneficial feature of Intacct for our organization. Further we download customized financials reports and aging reports for Vendor and customer. Helps us to keep a track of receivables and payable with a bird eye view.

Automation benefits helped us for streamline financial processes and improved efficiency. The software automates financial consolidation accounting activities like currency conversions, inter-entity transactions. Customize approval workflows, establish spending limits for different departments and locations. Sage Intacct provides rich, multi-dimensional reporting and dashboard analytics. This allows us to deliver strategic decisions based on accurate and up-to-date financial data. Automation have been really use under Accounts Payable module. Earlier we had to look into each of the invoice or PDF copies which our vendors used to send us and manually update all the details but now we have option to upload bulk invoices directly into Intacct and get the desired results. We are even using email automation option as well as we have shared dedicated email address to few of our vendors who directly share invoices to that email and the same invoice is created in intacct with the of automation. As we have tha option to review and edit the drafted invoices hence there's no risk of incorrect posting as well.

Integration with different portals is easier in Intacct as compared to others. It also allow the feature of budgeting with ease of implementation. Multiple features at one platform makes Intacct better than others.
