Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for financial reporting and general bookkeeping. It integrates with other software systems we have, which makes it nice! We have quite a few different entities and the ability to have them all using the same system makes it really nice. I've learned a lot through using Sage Intacct!
Pros
- Multiple Entities
- Configuration Options
- Reliability
Cons
- Report cover pages - better functionality and editability
- Report tables of contents - I want to be able to run a report group and literally be able to send everything off ready to go to management from Sage Intacct, not have to add a cover, table of contents, etc.
- Better integrations with other software, like Bill.com
- Costly to train employees to use
- Didn't work as intended with Bill.com and was VERY costly to find answers and a solution
- Automated recurring JEs
General ledger accounting has been easy to use and reconcile. We use outside software for accounts payable and accounts receivable, so having those integrated is essential. Being able to automate recurring journal entries is very helpful. Having report group packets so everything runs together is a nice feature that I use often.
More scalable, robust, and meets the advanced needs of our growing company.
