Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Is very useful because I am in the accounting area and I can see a big variety of reports to analyze the information, monthly, weekly and YTY. So, I like it because shows the information that I require friendly and faster, even if could be various companies. Other systems needs almost 3 minutes or something like that to shows reports, but it isn't efficient like in Intacct..

Pros

  • Reports clearly.
  • Receive information from other systems, and save the information
  • Security strong

Cons

  • Filtres to search information easier
  • in cash management, to leave check various with various. Not just one with various
  • Leave to see the reconciliation of other past months
  • Intacct allows to managing different locations in one system, this is good for the organization of the accounting area
As I mentioned earlier, when Intacct shows the information, is very efficient that you can with one click going deeply until you can find the relevant information, like payment form, if this bill is overdue, etc. And same for the general ledger information.
I didn't use it this modules, because is not included in my role.
This is not my role, but when I need a change in my configuration is not delayed, it demonstrating that is easy to do.
Intacct migrate information accurately and automatically, against the other one.

-When i need to analyze the information between months YTY. I can see the information, even is so functional that I can see the movements into the month that I am analyzing.
