Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Salesforce Commerce Cloud is our CRM which manages all contracts, customers and client details. It matches the client to our opportunity and integrates with our billing system, NetSuite. Salesforce Commerce Cloud manages all customer contact details like name, phone and email all in one place. Salesforce Commerce Cloud is the trusted source when questions come up about details on a contract.

User friendly. Salesforce Commerce Cloud is pretty intuitive and is easy to use once you start using on a daily basis. Customization is important and Salesforce Commerce Cloud does this well. Easy to navigate. Salesforce Commerce Cloud manages all client and customer level detail and is easy to find and query. Overall a great product.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud is the leader in CRM and in managing customer contacts and details. It integrates very well with our ERP, NetSuite owned by Oracle Cloud. Salesforce Commerce Cloud is easy to use and has more functionality compared to competitiors. Salesforce Commerce Cloud is the leader in the industry for a reason. Top notch statistics and reports and very customizeable.

Salesforce Commerce Cloud does a good job managing customer data and contracts. There are cases where changes are made to contracts and Salesforce Commerce Cloud does not always keep all the pertinent details. Salesforce Commerce Cloud does a good job keeping historical data, but on occasion we have found duplicate records which is a problem for the billing teams.
