Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Is the main sales admin platform tool where everything is registered for record and moving along opportunities in the sales cycle. Everyone from csm, bdrs, ae, and upper management relies on it to concrete sales and make sure the process is completed the way it should be. Get s integrated and connected with all other platforms too.

  • The visual side is not the most aesthetic
  • Sometimes there is too much crowded information
  • The integrations can miss info sometimes
  • Easy to keep track of closed lost opportunities to rebook him
  • Easy to keep track of my own stats
  • Easy to bring changes to management
I like how intuitive it is. It was really easy for me to learn it from the get go and start building my own reports and functionalities. It is very very useful when it comes to integrations however sometimes because of the amount of data that we have it doesnt record or track everything that happens everywhere and that can be a bit annoying
We used it in the past in my last company but I barely had it. I would say it as solid though. I would say most of the crm mock each other. I would say for bigger companies it makes sense a tool as robust as Salesforce Commerce Cloud but it really does depend on what are you trying to get out of the tool.

Yes

Well suited for most sales tracking in general. Very very easy to create opp, change owners see the record of any potential clients. It is also really easy to create reports and dashboards once you understand how to create those.

It is a bit harsh to navigate information because of the layout. You do need a dedicated admin for it- but if you have one you are covered
