Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio

We use it in Sales in in some cases CX and QA. It addresses the issue of needing a central place to house and archive any and all prospective client conversations. We also use it in conjunction with Zendesk, so that we have a fairly reliable database of all prospect and client conversations.

Salesforce is much more robust than the more SMB-tailored products that we started out with. Despite the price tag, we were ready for a more enterprise-focused tool.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is especially well-suited for enterprise-level companies of at least 500 employees. Prior to reaching that point, we had looked into the tool, but it always seemed to robust and too pricey for our needs. Now that we've grown into the enterprise level, we need and utilize most of its features.
