We use the Salesforce Partner Management software to manage our opportunity registrations and communicate with our partners in a variety of ways. It houses a variety of important information and partners submit all opp regs through it, so it is vital to our channel business and building it from scratch. We had nothing previously, so it's a great improvement for us

Impartner is fine for those not using Salesforce, but the ability to customize the Salesforce PRM is far superior and more seamlessly adds data to Salesforce than Impartner does. A lot of customization we needed to do was required to go through Impartner, but we can do anything we want in the Salesforce PRM, which speeds up the customization quite a lot and allows us to make it exactly how we want it
