Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

Now that the whole organization is using SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, a great deal of the data that different teams and departments need is available in one place, pre-formatted, and up-to-date. This has preserved the data quality over time and saves time when tracking interactions with clients and other stakeholders. Senior administrators are able to access same-day data almost instantaneously through dashboards published to the SAP Analytics Cloud

Users are able to find what they are looking for within seconds of accessing the interface. The developing team continues to optimize the ease of use of SAP Analytics Cloud while offering maximum functionality.
Agents instant message back and forth through the live chat support to provide solutions and answers to any questions we may have. I like the live chat support because it provides us with quick and direct support compared to typical phone conversations
Previously, the time to design, develop, and then redesign reports and graphs would take more than a month. Producing the same view with SAP Analytics Cloud even considering the need to pull the data from the source takes a matter of days. I appreciate the self-service capabilities of SAP Analytics Cloud allowing business users to answer their own questions in many cases
