With SAP Analytics Cloud it is much easier to consolidate different data sources in a fast and interactive format, and now we can make data-based decisions live in a meeting. The time saved is enormous because we have been able to accelerate processes considerably. It allows us to automate and standardize most of the standard reporting and analyze the exponentially growing volumes of data and keep pace with the changes in our industry

Pros

SAP Analytics Cloud introduced uniform standards and key performance indicators throughout the company which has greatly improved our cooperation across various departments
We are becoming more efficient in our day-to-day business, and we can now see and understand our data without having to involve the IT department
Automates and standardizes reporting and now we are in a much stronger position than before to create and design our own analyses independently

Cons

Moving multiple sheets here and there is one area that it can improve
Takes time to get used to some of the expressions on the screen

Gained competitive advantages through real-time analysis
It has helped us position our products in the marketplace, reduce costs and look for trends
We're able to go down a path where one piece of information in the data leads us to another and we're able to get a new result quickly

We loved also the convenience of accessing SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards on the go via mobile, allowing us to ask and answer questions during meetings. With more transparency and access to accurate and in-depth insights, it is easier to execute project decisions and strategies effectively on the ground

SAP demonstrates a higher level of customer service that it's competitors and that's why we prefer them. It's support team is knowledgeable about their products and services, they can resolve issues quickly and educate customers about their products
