Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business One

We use B1 across most of our entire organization of 16 companies in 10 countries. It also allows us to manage and control input from 100+ users to ensure accuracy in a way that previous ERPs did not. It has also allowed us to consolidate data from each business unit in one central location, which facilitates the decision-making process at the global level.

SAP B1 implementations take time to do properly.
Although B1 seems to be designed for SMBs, it is extremely costly to implement. "Out-of-the-Box" functionality is minimal. It is better suited for medium enterprises who have the budget to customize SAPB1 as needed for their operations.
