Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business One

We implement and support SAP Business One for 400 companies. SAP Business One addresses everything from accounting and financials, production, sales, purchasing, and brings them all together in one central location. It gives different departments visibility into how the business is performing, both separately and as a whole.
  • Accounting and Financials. Out of the box, there are a plethora of reports that can be ran or combined to output requested data. The Query Generator is also helpful in creating custom reports.
  • Perpetual Inventory Management!
  • GUI could use updating.
  • Visibility provided by SAP Business One is a plus.
Yes - Implementation > Stabilization > Support
Customer needs to know what they want out of SAP and then the system can be tailored around feedback. SAP Business One is able to be customized. There isn't one implementation style that works for every customer.
Well suited for businesses that want very granular information. Less appropriate for smaller companies that are not fully bought in to the product.
