Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We are using SAP Integration Suite with our B2B tool across the whole sales organization (Customer Service department basically). We had the typical problem of management change and now we have punctual issues related with performance.

We have implemented integrations through HCI. We manage the incidents with the HCI monitor; it provides a very detailed information about the status of our interfaces between our SuccessFactors solutions (in Cloud) and our local applications. Now we have more control and a very detailed monitoring of our interfaces with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
We are not using this functionality in our SuccessFactors or B2B apps.
We have a lot of experience with SAP products (since 2010 with R3), and now, we have selected SAP Integration Suite as the natural evolution of the SAP application software.
