Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud
The Digital CX Footprint of the Zumtobelgroup is in need of a refresh. Part of the Digital Transformation of the Zumtobelgroup is to replace our home-built legacy web and shop solutions with standard shelf platforms. One of our subsidiaries (Tridonic.com) has already completed this Core System Replacement and is in the continuous delivery mode to enhance and improve the CX experience of its customers. Our other two brands (Zumtobel and Thornlighting) are currently in full flight to achieve the core system replacement and support the overall enterprise strategy of the Zumtobelgroup for achieving Customer Excellence on our digital footprint. The Commerce Capabilities for our subsidiaries ore built on and delivered by SAP Commerce Cloud where we build a custom frontend on top to ensure a modern, robust and exciting Digital Customer Experience for our business partners and customers
