We switched to SAP Commerce Cloud 4 years ago. The software has simplified our e-commerce processes, particularly inventory management, payment processing, marketing, and general order management. Use of the software has enabled us to ensure a good customer experience across various channels. It has also enabled unlimited interaction between the customer service team and our clients, as well as third-party integration.
