Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud

It is actually a cloud-based commerce platform, which is a package with lots of features, and we are using that for our Business to Business, Business to Customer, and even for Business to Business to Customer (Kind of selling your product to another business and they are going to connect with the end customer) model. As it is very good to customize the features as per your need, and also we can integrate with other SAP products like SAP ERP, which is very beneficial to support the described model operation from anywhere. We are utilizing it for all the above models. Precisely, if I talk about the B2C model, then we are using it for Product Catalog Management, and also for its features, like the kind of global support it provides, and also it is a kind of scalable platform which is very helpful to our business.

  • To manage product Catalog, we need skilled developers

  • Very high-tech architecture is recommended from the beginning itself, if we find out something in between, then product life may get impacted through
  • Very good for managing the inventories and providing the best commerce experience
  • Requires very skilled developers to maintain
  • Provides very good integration flexibility, and also robust in security terms
  • Very much customizable and good for world wide reach out
It is very good and kind of the best solution for complex kinds of scenarios for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models, an attractive payment system security, plus providing a large set of customizable features, and its ability to integrate with products like SAP ERP, and a kind of cloud-based platform which is very easily accessible.

These both products are from the same kind of suite, which is Customer Experience Suite in SAP, but where SAP Commerce Cloud is kind of specifically built for B2B, B2C, B2B2C complex cloud-based Commerce platform, where SAP Service Cloud basically I recommend for the best for managing customer interactions and helps a lot in order to manage the customers.

As it is built for complex scenarios to handle for B2B, B2C and B2B2C models, and also it is a cloud-based platform, it's very helpful to maintain integrity and security of our product and also we can easily integrate it with SAP ERP, like we have used it for our customer pricing module, approval of workflow and also for customer pricing things. It seems inappropriate where it's difficult to learn, as it is so deep and provides vast features, having some key configuration needs to manage, and also it seems difficult to understand and debug runtime problems while we are utilizing this platform.
