It’s being used specifically within certain silos within the business and is effectively the cornerstone of our digital client platform. The product content management tools help push product details across all our products. It helps is to to create targeted interaction with our customers with a focus on customisation. This allows for better uptake on product which is ultimately more profit.

The software is well suited to managing product catalogues along with their relevant pricing structure, customisation of any offers and discounts and tracking of their uptake. It does this very well. Less appropriate when it needs to be migrated to cloud based as this is a very unclear path and so far overly complex.
