We use SAP Concur to track all expenses, including travel, purchase reimbursements, etc. In addition, we integrate SAP Concur with several other apps.

SAP Concur is known as a market leader and it is far and away the most robust and thorough tool out there.
We integrated our corporate Uber account with SAP Concur so that transportation receipts automatically flow into the platform. This has made expense documentation even easier.
SAP Concur has allowed us to continue adding headcount to our organization by better being able to deal with a larger number of expense reports and also to complete expense reimbursement in a more timely manner.
Employees are satisfied with the expense reporting process because it is straightforward and easy for them to complete and they are kept up to date as the workflow proceeds through approvals and eventual payout.
