Integrated with our corporate card carrier for expenses and travel.

In a previous role, expenses were processed through UKG. You never knew when the payment would be released for out of pocket expenses, we’re not able to customize timelines or workflows for submitting and approving expenses. Did not allow to integrate travel or add personal preference.
Currently utilize SAP SuccessFactors HXM to communicate employee data and organizational structure to ensure workflows are going to the right place at the right time to ensure expenses are reviewed and approved efficiently without manual intervention or entry.
As a global company that is constantly traveling, SAP Concur has helped improve travel is booked within policy limits while keeping in mind employee preferences, keeps track of reservations in case of emergency, constant support if issues arise and an easy way to track which expenses are related to certain projects to ensure they hit the correct P&L.
I love the ability to book travel directly in the tool without having to leave the window and potentially lose my reservation. I love the ability to add personal preferences and frequent flier programs and TSA assignments. It makes booking a breeze and the customizable alerts to keep employees within policy range is an added bonus to ensure we’re being fiscally responsible.
