Travel requests and travel re-imburesement. Providing employees a tool to claim back costs associated with business travelling

- In my experience, scanning of receipts does not always work perfectly

- In my opinion, it's not intuitive to use the first time
- Initially it took very long to get re-imbursed after SAP Concur has been launched
- Scanning of receipts on mobile devices might save some time
- Reworking of scanned documents consumes time
SAP Concur provides a more modern user interface as well as mobile options compared to the previously used SAP HR tool. I was not involved in the selection process.

I am not able to judge on from a admin point of view as I am a "simple" user. I appreciate the modern user interface and having the option to scan receipt using mobile devices
