Use Cases and Deployment Scope

An App that could capture employee-related expenses, both from corporate credit cards and noncorporate cards, for review and approval. Expenses should be automatically denied if they exceed budget\authorization. Multi-level authorization is possibly driven by dollar amount. Multi-level escalation\reminder If an expense has been submitted and not approved within x days. For ease of use, users should be able to take a picture of the invoice on the spot and then submit it later as part of the claims.

Well suited: Corporation with a heavy volume of employee-related expenses, budgeting rules, authorization levels, audit requirements, and use of corporate credit cards. A backend ERP from SAP (e.g., ECC, S/4, etc) would be a plus as it's well integrated with Concur, meaning less integration effort vs other software packages. Less appropriate: A smaller organization with only a small volume of employee expenses and simple needs.

Great overall usability for both the Desktop and Mobile version of the App. I especially appreciate the Mobile version because of its capability to capture an image of the receipt via my smartphone and then propose the amount shown on the image receipt (without me typing it in) as the claim amount.

Yes - -The App is pretty user friendly, intuitively design and flows naturally. The extra nice touch, I could launch the concur smartphone mobile app, trigger a scan receipt using my smartphone, and the App will attempt to read the amount on the receipt and used that for for my claims. This save lots of typing and all done without touching my desktop computer.
