SAP Concur - Great way to mange your spend

Any big organization has a huge challenge to manage their employees travel, spend, timely payment and transparency. It is also important to have a reliable system, which is using self service, easy to navigate and intuitive. Travel portal must help in getting right service providers based on agreement. SAP Concur is linked with SAP, Workday, Amex, Informatica, etc. Workday automatically provides all the employee related data such as name, bank data, cost center, process runner which bank to use for reimbursement, Card, etc. once the file is generated, process runner used to post to the GL. these are posted to employees card number. Once the payment is done, a remittance advice is sent to the Credit card company to clear the employee’s open item.

The workflow for booking tickets, hotels, cars, etc. do hand hold and walk through each step. Creating expense reports is also very easy to navigate. Automatic mail about the charges made to card keep user informed.
