Cons

  • Reporting - very poor reporting solution, based on old Cognos technology.
  • Capture of receipts and inclusion of receipts with Customer Invoices (custom development)
  • Mobile App is good
Evaluating Expensify and other projects. Terminated SAP Concur contract.
