Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

T&E reimbursement. It helps us with a more efficient way to manage our T&E reimbursement process and also helps simplify the process from an end user perspective to capture expenses and receipts. The dashboard and reporting capabilities have helped us in many ways to better understanding our spend in the organization.

SAP Concur has helped us evolve by making it easier for employees who travel to manage their expense reporting while improving our approval process and reimbursement process.
Tremendiously by ways of reducing the amount of time spent capturing expenses and getting invoices loaded to support receipts. Also we use it for capturing travel option such as for identifying and booking flights which allows us to better manage what flight, cars, hotels people are using and leverage potential corporate programs.

It is well suited for end users who are traveling since you have the ability manage pretty much the entire process of recording and reporting travel and entertainment expenses, capturing and attaching receipts all from your phone. This had taken away a lot of clunkyness that used to exist when someone had to carry around receipts and figure out how to get them all loaded when you returned from travel.
