Overall Satisfaction with SAP Conversational AI

To connect business with an app or device on the go. Users do not want to log in to their laptop for doing simple transactions. Chatbots using Conversational AI is easy to develop and use.

  • Negative - SAP should provide some standard connectivity apps to connect hana trail database, and on top of which developers can create more bots
