I use SAP Crystal reports for my BI Reporting tool. My organization is hugely data dependent. I needed a tool to support the reports and accurate data. In SAP Crystal Reports, I found a good product to use for my BI team. The support is very good, being a product from SAP. I enjoyed using it.
- The support of SAP is hands down one of the best.
- The easy report handling feature is good.
- Being a SAP product, chances of getting an error is significantly lower.
- It needs great expertise to properly operate this product.
- Too many updates are not good for an average user.
- There are many features that are too confusing.
Due to its bigger brand and excellent user support, it is better than many competitors. If you have huge organization support, then operating it will make your reporting system much better. Otherwise, you might need better employee support for operating it. Otherwise, the whole product is good to use and ranks one of the best among its competitors.
