Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal Reports

We use SAP Crystal reports for our custom build ERP system to provide analytics and insight into our business.
  • Organize information
  • Present in a useful way
  • Easy to use
  • Not very executive friendly for design
  • Price for small operations
I enjoyed using Tableau more than SAP crystal reports but it has been a while since using Tableau.
I think it can be used in any situation as long as you have a clear understand of the KPI and goals you plan to achieve with SAP Crystal reports.
