A central database for capturing customer data and consent to share with other systems and services within the organization.

  • Screen sets
  • Security rules
  • New customer registrations.
  • Increased customer retention.
  • Decreased churn.
  • CLV increased over time.
It provides better insights into customers' preferences and as a single source of truth also provides very useful insights into consent behavior in relation to initiated marketing campaigns (what is the effect?).
Average. There have been quite some outages lately, but the reaction time of SAP Customer Data Solutions is fast and they keep you posted on the progress of the problems that are solved by them. Also, they provide detailed RCAs afterward.
Other tools are more marketing oriented and not suitable for Identity Management.

Well suited in a B2C scenario with customer data flowing in from multiple sources and combined with a Customer data platform to provide a 360-degree view of customers. Flexible to adjust to customer needs and collect other types of data that business needs.
