Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos

SAP Litmos is a resource that our department uses to train clients before they depart on trips around the world. We used to train each client over video call which was time consuming and a scheduling nightmare, but by moving all of our training onto SAP Litmos it allowed us to assign training to clients where they can complete it at their own pace while also allowing our employees to have extra time to devote to other tasks and projects.
  • Sleek design
  • Courses are easy to navigate for users
  • Administrators or course creators will have a steeper learning curve if they are not familiar with HTML
  • Passwords are required to change fairly frequently which can be frustrating
  • Has taken a long time to create courses
  • Once created, has freed employees to work on other tasks and projects
I've not needed to receive support often, but the few times that I have I found the support to be good but not great. Sometimes I have had to pry for different solutions after I have been given an answer to my problem that did not work.

SAP Litmos is a great tool for those who want a user-friendly training system that is easy to navigate and looks good. If you have experience with HTML you will have no issues at all with course design but if you do not have experience it may take some additional time and energy to get acquainted with how to design the pages well. SAP Litmos may not be appropriate if you want all of the training branded to your organization as the framework will always be SAP Litmos. Additionally, if you have hopes of high levels of creativity and design you may be somewhat restricted by the formatting and structure of the courses.
