Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
SAP Litmos is used globally at Topgolf. We use it to facilitate learning to our associates, i.e. monthly, quarterly, and annual security training, new hire learning, deployment of new menus and technology training, etc.
- The UI is extremely easy and friendly
- Configuration of teams and learning is straightforward
- The knowledge base and DOJO training is AMAZING
- The ability to assign courses based on fields within the product is limited
- The ticket support group should be more well rounded in all areas of the product and responsive
- The ability to remove courses from transcripts is one by one whereas the ability to assign courses is in an upload
- The reporting we are able to extract from Litmos is amazing and has saved us tons of man hours.
- SAP Litmos is extremely user friendly and our associates like logging in because of this.
- The limitations of the assignment feature has had an impact on the Operations Training Team and the system administrator because of the removal and the assignment functionality.
SAP Litmos is ONE MILLION times better than Cornerstone. The UI, the backend, the content SAP Litmos runs circles around CSOD.
