Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos
We are using Litmos for mainly 3 activities:
- sales training. We have different learning path we use to on-board new sales rep.
- product certification for our Business Partners. We use online assessments provided by Litmos.
- online training for customers. We provide e-learning content to our customers.

- Monitoring of usage of content
- Easy to use and intuitive UX
- Oonline assessment module is great, but it needs some improvements on the maintenance side (especially in changing in bulk questions)
- Some improvement in the gamification system
- Rollout of global certification program for all our partners
- Ability to create a dedicated learning path starting from the same material.
SuccessFactors is better suited for internal usage (big corporation, thousands of users, documentation, etc), while Litmos is more intuitive and easy to use, better suited for customers or for people that wants something quick and easy. Also available on mobile.
