Overall Satisfaction with SAP Lumira
We use SAP Lumira for a couple of use cases. The first is in our clinical performance improvement area. We use it there to visualize the data we use to track our clinical pathways. I also use it in my job to analyze information about my department (ticket, employee hours, etc.).
Pros
- Lumira does a great job of seamlessly integrating with my SAP (HANA, BusinessObjects) data sources.
- Because of that integration, I can better govern access to the data and make sure it is correct.
- It makes it very easy to share created analysis through the BusinessObjects portal.
Cons
- The biggest problem we have is when someone is already familiar with another tool. People just don't like to change.
I actually prefer Lumira because it integrates better with my current business intelligence investment, it's free for me to use, and it allows me to use my enterprise data as well as other data I can pull in and merge with it.
